3-rd grand masters tournament BaltCUP-GMI and 1-st grand masters tournament among women BaltCUP-GMI-F will take place in Vilnius in hotel Martialis (former hotel " Sportas ") during from January, 4 till January, 10th 2009г.

The number of participants BaltCUP-GMI - up to 30 person, will pass tournament on the Swiss system in 9 rounds.
The number of participants BaltCUP-GMI-F - 10 person, will pass tournament on circular system.
The control of time over both tournaments - 1 hour of 20 minutes + 1 minute on a course.

Tournament payments for participation in BaltCUP-GMI depend on ratings:
30 euros for players with a rating above 2301
50 euros for players with a rating 2251-2300
80 euros for players with a rating 2201-2250
110 euros for players with a rating 2151-2200
140 euros for players with a rating 2101-2151
170 euros for players with a rating 2051-2100
200 euros for players with a rating 2001-2050.

The tournament payment for participation in BaltCUP-GMI-F makes 50 euros.
